after the age of 12 years. The common symptoms of menstrual problems can vary from headaches,
painful menstruation or excessive menstrual flow. Take a few pieces of ginger, pound them, add
this to boiling water and add some sugar to this fusion and drink it twice daily. This remedy is even simpler. Take half a teaspoon
of powdered sesame seeds, add this to a cup of warm water. Stir this and drink this daily.
