November 17, 2019
Have you ever wondered the best way to stay
healthy? Well, look no more. I am here to help. I’m Isabelle Simon, your personal and
workplace wellness consultant. Health begins in the digestive track, and today, we’re going
to learn some basic tricks on how to keep your digestive track healthy. The reason why
it is very important to keep that part of your body healthy is because if it’s not you
will not be able to digest the proper nutrients of the foods that you eat into your system.
If the nutrients are not delivered into your body, into your muscles, and different organs
of the body nothing’s going to happen, right? So, ensuring that the foods are being processed
the way they’re supposed to is your number one step. Several things to keep in mind.
Drink plenty of water. It will help digest your foods. Number two; choose foods that
are very high in fiber, vitamins, and minerals. Those foods typically are like fruits, raw
vegetables. They are all all very high in fiber, vitamins, and minerals, so that will
help keep a healthy digestive track. Stay away for from any foods that are very spicy,
fried, or very, very fatty. They will mess up your digestive track, and so, if you want
to keep healthy kinda’ try to stay away from these; making just an exception. What a person
eat use to help with my digestive track is aloe juice. You can find it in, you know,
many stores. It’s available in most supermarkets. And what I do is I buy it in concentrated
form, and actually, the bottle; the kind that I use is is a small bottle, and that small
bottle will last me four to five weeks. And I mix only just about a capful with a very
tall glass of water, and I drink one a day. And let me tell you; things are running fine.
