channel Akash Wellness. How can you improve your digestion permanently? In this 2nd part
of Improve Digestion, I am going to tell you how bringing about some changes in food can
improve your digestion permanently. Keep watching till the end. Tip #3: Try to eat Real food.
Now, what does real food mean? Unprocessed food. Processed food contains additives, artificial
sweeteners and trans fat. All these 3 are harmful, but the most harmful for your health
is Trans Fat. Trans Fat is not only bad for your digestion; it also creates other health-related
problems. Trans Fat is found in foods like cakes, cookies, biscuits, sandwiches, crackers,
pop corn prepared in microwave, fast foods, pizza, etc. Other than these, there are many
processed foods which you consume almost daily. Processed foods are those foods which are
processed and packaged in order to increase their shelf life. I know that in today s lifestyle,
it is not at all practically possible to eliminate processed foods completely. But, you can avoid
most of the processed foods. And if you can t avoid, then I have made a video related
to this, the link of which is specified in the video description below. This video depicts
how ultra processed food affects your life span. Consuming ultra processed food reduces
your life span. Processed food is not only bad for your digestion; it also creates other
health-related problems. Avoiding processed food will definitely improve your digestion.
Tip #4: Eat fibre-rich food. Traditional Indian food is not only unprocessed; it also contains
fibre. Eg: rice flakes, upma, paratha, idli, dosa, dhokla, rice, lentils, roti, vegetables,
rajma, chick peas, etc. We all know how beneficial fibre is for our digestion. Apart from digestion,
there are many other health benefits of fibre. I have made an exclusive video dedicated to

ample amount of fibre are brown rice, whole wheat, ragi, jowar, bajra, chickpeas, pulses,
nuts, etc. Consuming fibre-rich foods not only eases your bowel movement; they also
improve your digestion. So, these were 2 tips although these are not enough to improve your
