Ingredients:
2 cups cooked chickpeas
1-3 cloves garlic
3 tablespoons tahini
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
2 tablespoons olive oil (optional)
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 cup or more spring water, use chickpea water
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in a blender or food mill and purée
until creamy.
2. Add more garlic, tahini or lemon juice to taste.
3. Serve with pita bread, crackers or crudités.
Yield 3 cups
